I provide therapy for men who experience struggles with mental health challenges and other personal issues. Oftentimes, anxiety, depression, and burnout show up in symptoms such as social isolation, self-doubt, relationship difficulties, addictive behaviours, or a loss of purpose and fulfilment.

In my work with men, I have found that issues such as these can show up as feelings of anxiety, sadness, loneliness or emptiness. This can be hard on both people who are affected as well as their friends and family.
The most important part of therapy for men is the work that we do to build trust. It’s important for men to have a space where they feel like they can explain the complex emotions that they are feeling without being judged.

I have over 17 years of experience providing counselling for men, and I love seeing their transformation through the use of tools and talk therapy. I draw from mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) to help men gain the skills and resources they need. I offer one-on-one support and guidance. I support men with anxiety, depression, and burnout, as well as communication and relationship challenges.

I understand how hard it can be to find the right therapist. When we get started, I will meet with you to listen and discuss how I can help. Once we start working together, I will support you, gain your trust and help you overcome your challenges every step of the way.

Therapy for men can have a lasting impact on how you view the world, offer you comfort in times of emotional and physical challenges, and give you space to say the things that are causing you to feel hurt, disconnected, and alone in the world.
